Eight months stalled. Four months to a launch-ready MVP. I joined when the team was suffering from the lack of structure and design decisions. I simplified the product, aligned design with engineering, and built the design system the team still uses today, now under Ryze Protocol.

I designed for CoinSmart and SmartPay from 2019 and watched it become the asset that defined the company's future.
